Monroe Staffing is seeking Entry-Level Wood Cutters to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is perfect for individuals interested in learning woodworking skills and using cutting tools to create wooden products. Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Location: Worcester, MA Pay: $15 - $16.50/hour Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cutting wood to specified shapes and sizes for various projects.
Use basic cutting tools and equipment under supervision.
Follow measurements and guidelines to ensure precise wood cutting.
Help organize and maintain a clean work area.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
Requirements:
Interest in learning woodworking and wood cutting techniques.
Comfortable using basic hand tools and eager to learn new equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and ensure accurate cuts.
Reliable transportation to work.
Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and math assessment.
