  Job purpose This job description is intended to define the role of the Recruiting Lead as defined by general duties in all branch offices of the Commercial Staffing (CS) division of Staffing 360 Solutions (the Company). It may be combined with other job descriptions based on individual branch and market needs in the geographical area of recruitment. The VPM plans, organizes, supervises, and oversees the day-to-day operation of their region's branch office(s), focusing on continuous improvement.  The VPM is also responsible for account management and recruitment, taking an active role in the office sales, and presenting to clients as needed.  All employees of Staffing 360 Solutions act under our core values: Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, Belief, and Tenacity.  Job Location:                  Worchester, MAPay Rate:                        $52,000-55,000 base/ plus generous commission plans.Shift Time:                       Varies                                               Essential Functions of a Recruiting Lead Plan, organize, supervise, and oversee the day-to-day operation of the branch offices, including attendance tracking, goal setting, policy and procedure compliance, and training and development for all recruiting staff, administrators, and modified duty associates in conjunction with the Director of Operations.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with clients.
  • Use consistent communication with the client hiring manager to determine staffing needs. 
  • Source and interview candidates as well as administer appropriate assessments.
  • Create, streamline, implement, and enforce client and Company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and follow up on all employee injuries in conjunction with the Worker’s Compensation/Safety team and collaborate with the Human Resources team to manage unemployment claims.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and employee KPIs and create and provide detailed reports. 
  • Process weekly payroll and required client and internal reporting.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations and Human Resources on performance management, talent acquisition, any internal employee disciplinary matters, or allegations of harassment or discrimination.
  • Responsible for ensuring all applicant and contractor files are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and company regulations. 
  • Schedule flexibility- on-call 24/7 for customer/team support and occasional site coverage.
  • Training and cross-training multiple sites to create program flexibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 Qualifications of a Recruiting Lead 
  • Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 4+ years in the staffing industry with 2+ years of management experience preferred ATS experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • ATS experience, such as Adapt Suite, is required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility and reliability to be on call for customer/team support after normal business hours.
  • Can travel to clients within a 25-mile radius of the office as needed with or without advanced notice.

Must be able to handle lifting general office materials (such as reams of paper), and to reach, push, bend, twist, and squat to organize and open/close file cabinets and storage areas, sitting for long periods, and standing at office equipment for long periods. Ability to see, hear, and understand instructions. Must be able to work in the assigned office from 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday and visit clients as necessary.
