Seeking contract office Assistance in Salisbury NC $15.00 Part time-25 hours for a 2 weeks then going to Full time to 40 hours 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday Check voicemails, emails, etc. Input all work orders into On-site - Respond to all emails received - This will allow maintenance to plan out their day and duties accordingly. • Complete a walkthrough of the clubhouse, bathrooms, and kitchen. - Fix pillows, pick up loose trash, let maintenance know conditions of restrooms (clogged toilet, bathroom left nasty, etc.… so that issues can be taken care of) - Restock any supplies we may need: snacks, drinks, etc. (Make lists of things we need to purchase if stock is low) • Check the calendar for scheduled tour. - Go to model and prep model for tours be sure model is clean and lights are turned on for future residents. - If snacks at model are low be sure to restock them • Office Duties - Check drop box for renewal offers, leases, NTV, or other documents you will need to sign. - Be sure to collect all payments from the drop box to give to management. Check to ensure personal checks are filled out correctly, and totals match. Along with certified checks. We will not accept any payments not filled out correctly. - Check renewals/pending tasks report, ensure all leases are signed for the current month and that reminders have been sent. - Prepare prospect and move in packets. - Answer phone calls and assist callers best way possible if further assistants is needed reach out to upper management to assist. #sal360
