Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is currently hiring a General Worker for a prominent communications company in Clayton, NC. Payrate: $15.00-$17.00 an hour 1st Shift: ** PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE SAFETY SHOES FOR INTERVIEW** Overview of a General Labor Worker:This client is a leader in the offsite manufacturing of electrical and mechanical systems for Data Centers, Commercial Construction, and Industrial/Energy markets. The client was one of the early concept originators of offsite prefabricated electrical solutions. The primary strength of the company has always been the ability to engineer, integrate, and fabricate complex electrical and mechanical systems into large custom enclosures or skid-based systems. Client Corporation is looking for a General Laborer to join our team! This position will be required to ensure the manufacturing floor is clear of any materials and debris that would cause an unsafe working environment. Responsibilities of a General Labor Worker:
Cleaning
Clearing work areas
Operating basic tools
Clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials to eliminate possible hazards
Using, cleaning, and maintaining a variety of hand tools
Following safety guidelines and operating in a safe manner Qualifications
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, weekends as needed
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.
Familiar with using tools and general warehouse equipment preferred
Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing preferred
