Monroe Staffing is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team in Woburn. MA. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and packing products for shipment based on customer orders, ensuring timely and correct deliveries. This role is essential to our distribution process and requires careful attention to detail, good physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards. All Shifts AvailableM-FPay rate $20/Hour Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves using order sheets, RF scanners, or pick lists.
Packing & Shipping: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, following specified procedures.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct handling of equipment and materials.
Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment (if certified) to move items within the warehouse.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of order completion and inventory updates.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required.
Skills: Ability to read and understand order sheets and instructions; proficient with handheld scanners or similar technology.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 40Ibs regularly, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in picking and packing orders.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
